Mountain View Hospital offers invaluable expertise gained from delivering exceptional patient care since 1979. We may not be bigger, but we strive to be better as our hospital is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare. Our over 200 physicians and medical professionals, as well as over 500 employees and volunteers, care for over 9,500 patients each year. We meet that standard through changes in upgrading technology and advanced procedures. While these changes may be constant, our tradition of caring and healing will never fade.     👶It's Neonatal Nurses week and today we honor Eva Beauregard, one of our NICU Nurses at Mountain View Hospital! 👶 With an impressive 18 years of service at Mountain View Hospital, Eva exemplifies dedication and compassion in her role as a NICU Nurse. Her commitment to empowering patients and families with the knowledge they need reflects her genuine care and concern for their well-being.   • 🐝We're excited to share that Linda Peterson, one of our Patient Care Technicians in the ER, has been honored as a recipient of the BEE Award! This award honors and celebrates caregivers for their dedicated work of caring. 🐝 Our BEE Award honorees demonstrate the PETALS 🌻 principles: -Passion and compassion in the care they provide every day -Establishes a special connection through use of kindness and sincerity -Teamwork -Always creates the best experience for their patients -Love for their job -Shows respect 💗Recently Linda worked nearly twice her normal shift in order to provide additional coverage on an exceptionally busy day in the ER. She was finally about to leave when we had yet another ambulance radio that they were coming in with a patient. She stayed to register the patient (while getting an IV started on a walk-in patient). The patients just never stopped coming and Linda never stopped working.   • 🌟 Yesterday nurse Rodger Crowe was recognized with the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. https://bit.ly/3T3NPn9 🌟 Rodger was nominated for the award by House Supervisor Kelsie, who said, "I was stopped in the hallway today by two daughters of a patient on ortho who were in tears over the exceptional care that they have received here. Their father had a knee surgery and they report that this experience was far better than the last knee surgery that he had at another hospital in the area. They said that every minute here, from check in, to the OR, to discharge, they have all felt like they were important. Their father was afraid to have the surgery because of his last experience, but he has been “smiling ear to ear” every step of the way here because of the kindness and competence of the people." "They complimented housekeeping, physical therapy, and nursing staff- specifically Rodger. Each and every nurse has been amazing but Rodger has gone above and beyond. He is quick to answer the call light and shows up with a smile, always asking if there is anything else he can do before he leaves the room. If Rodger says that he will be right back with something, he literally comes right back. They are so impressed and will definitely come here again. I am so proud!" 💙 Congratulations Rodger! I know I am making a difference in the community." 🌬️ She loves the community hospital environment at Mountain View Hospital where she has the ability to make every patient experience more personable and where her co-workers feel more like family. Outside of work she likes to spend time and try to keep up with her very active kids. This includes activities like skiing, four wheeling, camping, hiking, paddle boarding and more.
