MS Technology, Inc., is an engineering and technology development small business headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, that serves the U.S. Department of Energy, U.S. Department of Defense, and private industry. We specialize in providing engineering and project support as well as senior, Q-cleared engineers and technical professionals on but not limited to DOE/NNSA mission-critical programs with NQA-1 qualifications. We strive to solve our customer's most challenging problems by being a leader in design, development, and deployment of critical innovative technologies. Our current technology development programs are focused on advanced manufacturing of 3D printed ceramics, industrial heating technologies, metal melting and casting, innovative microwave heat treating and sintering of advanced ceramics and metals for nuclear, aerospace, and marine parts, and life cycle process equipment improvements.

Our CEO, Randy Inklebarger, along with Acato Information Management LLC’s Taylor Patterson and Spencer Pendley, gave an update on Internships-in-Industry (I3) at East Tennessee Economic Council (ETEC)’s June Board Meeting. I3 is an ETEC-led partnership with schools, students, and companies to bridge the gap between the classroom and experience through internships. This program connects high school students and college students with local businesses for meaningful workforce experience. Pictured below with Randy, Cathy, and Taylor is Spencer Pendley, a rockstar I3 intern at Acato. We are proud to support students in this program gain wonderful #workforce experience!
