    Local Inland Northwest Multifamily Expert.

Please allow me to (re)introduce myself! I’m opening a new chapter with the launch of Multifamily Mason. To kick off the launch, I’m sharing more about myself personally, how I started this business three years ago, and what makes me tick, so you can get to know the Mason behind Multifamily Mason. I’m first and foremost a family man. I’m married to Johanna and we have two daughters, Zelie & Lucy, and a third kiddo on the way, due April 2024 🎉  We live here in the Inland Northwest, the Tri-Cities specifically. Fun Fact: Johanna is a 4th-generation Tri-Citian!  I’ve built my life around my family and if I’m not working, you’ll find me playing in the backyard, at our church, the park, the farmers market, or on a bike ride around town. My career history is in sales and marketing for Unilever (the conglomerate behind Dove soap, Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream, and everything in between) where I worked for four years before making the leap into entrepreneurship. During that time I pursued real estate investing, learning about all things commercial real estate, and developing a deep knowledge of multifamily.  Just like most of our team, I am a self-taught real estateur, learning by doing, studying, and absorbing every piece of information possible in the world of real estate.   Three years ago I took the leap from that comfortable corporate job into building a brokerage business. This was a leap because our firstborn (Zelie) was just 3 months old, we had just moved to the Tri-Cities, and we had our first mortgage on a new house - a lot of family and life to provide for!   Within the brokerage business, I bet on specialization, focusing exclusively on multifamily in the Inland Northwest, which no broker or team had done before. I knew there was an opportunity to bring the sophistication you'd find in a primary market to these secondary lifestyle markets. Today, as a multifamily advisor focused on the markets my family and I have made our home, I bring energy and enthusiasm to every interaction. I absolutely love anything to do with multifamily real estate and want to be the best at our craft in the Inland Northwest. I enjoy having conversations with anyone in the market who wants to have an expert advisor on their team or have something to share. I’m eager to learn and have built a team that is just as eager to learn, serve clients, and move our flywheel forward.   Thank you for being a part of this journey. From here, I'm excited to share more about the Multifamily Mason Team, our business, and the results we’ve proven throughout the course of this week.    Stay tuned for more or visit www.multifamilymason.com today!
