Celebrating a year of feature releases! In 2023, we launched something new every month! Throughout, we've worked hand-in-hand with our beta customers. Our key focus is helping teams go beyond dashboards to take action and take ownership of their performance! We did this by launching: - an AI coach with data-driven recommendations to improve team health and performance - a re-designed My Insights page highlighting how you can take action - a custom playbook for retros, with suggested experiments to improve To provide richer insights, we expanded our data collection to include: - all 4 key DORA metrics via a new OpsGenie integration - a GitHub Actions integration and our first public API for deployments data - a Jira integration to show how teams are investing their time Finally, to make it easier to get what you need, we built in support for: - classifying different types of work from our Jira and Linear integrations - automated GiHub Teams sync - easy-access commands for our Slack integration Thank you to everyone who gave us feedback. We’re proud of how much we accomplished together and look forward to 2024! See the link in our comments to give it a try. #InclusiveTech #EthicalTeamAnalytics #EngineeringPerformance #EngineeringEffectiveness #Multitudes
About us
Multitudes shows engineering teams what conversations they need to have to deliver well without burning people out. It's an ethical team analytics tool that uses GitHub, Linear, and Jira integrations to uncover everything from key DevOps metrics to who’s missing out on feedback and who needs a check-in about burnout in their next 1:1. The tool then helps teams take action with alerts, dynamic 1:1 guides, and more. For more: www.multitudes.co

✨ Google Calendar integration now live: Protect your focus time with Multitudes ✨ Plus: Have a globally-distributed team? See the wellbeing impact of out-of-hour meetings. ⌛ Finding the focus time needed for deep work and complex problem solving, without interruptions, can be challenging. Given that so many engineering teams are globally distributed, meetings can take time away from feature work and result in out-of-hours work, which has an impact on wellbeing and project delivery. A recent study showed 68% of workers say that the amount of meetings they're expected to attend interferes with their ability to get their work done 😅 We're stoked to help teams protect focus time and see what meetings took away from feature work ✅ Cal Newport's research shows that deep work requires uninterrupted hours of time. And Clockwise's research with engineering managers shows that ~80% want at least 1-3 hours of uninterrupted work time each day. (More in Clockwise's round-up.) 📆 That's why Multitudes now integrates with Google Calendar to show focus time and meeting load for you and your team. With this new feature, you'll get insights on: - Focus time – how much time your team is getting time for deep work - How much time your team is spending in meetings during the week – and how much less time for feature work - The wellbeing impact of out-of-hours meetings - New 1:1 insights and conversation starters based on your meeting burden. We’re evolving 🌿 We’ve updated our data ethics principles to reflect how we live them in practice. We first shared our data ethics framework in 2021 – this was both a commitment to follow it and an invitation to hold us accountable. Recently we reflected on how we’ve implemented these principles and we realized that a new value had emerged while others had merged. Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gs7caRvx
