Yesterday, our HIPsters had an amazing time at the Dallas PD Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) Topgolf Exhibition Day, where Special Olympics Texas (SOTX) athletes had the opportunity to meet and play alongside members of the Dallas Police Department. As the first TexasLETR agency in Texas to create a Unified Delegation, Dallas PD Unified is leading the way in fostering inclusion, teamwork, and friendship. Through the sport of Topgolf, officers and athletes came together to compete, connect, and build lasting friendships—showing that teamwork and inclusion go far beyond the game.
