Myna Snacks, the next-generation snacking company focused on delicious, better-for-you options, is launching three Limited Batch cookie flavors inspired by its community. Known for helping heavy screen users make healthier snacking choices, Myna Snacks developed the flavors Lemon Yuzu, Blueberry Bliss, and Rice Crispy Crunch from crowd-sourced ideas submitted in its Snack Lab on the official website of Myna Snacks. These limited-batch creations will be distributed to Myna Snack Club subscription members for free as part of their membership and their feedback will help decide which flavors are commercialized at scale. Myna Snacks has announced the launch of its new product: a gluten free-pizza flavored cracker. Packing 7g of protein and made with real cheese, Italian herbs, and a gluten-feee almond flour blend. I had so much fun attending the Book Launch Party for Dr. Benjamin Ritter’s new book Becoming Fearless! This wellness-focused event brought together the vibrant local Austin community of leaders and entrepreneurs for a night of inspiration, connection, and celebration. Other than how welcoming the event space (Sapien Center) was, what really stood out to me were the interactive activities: • Take a Page From My Book: Pages from Becoming Fearless were placed across the event and wrapped in a shiny gold ribbon. Opening the page revealed your fortune. • Take a Conversation, Start a Conversation: Attendees grabbed a topic, found someone new, and dove into a fearless conversation. • Feed the Fear Monster: Attendees were encouraged to find the monster, pens, and slips of paper. Then, they wrote down their fears and fed them to the hungry fear monster. • Share Your Wins: Attendees wrote down a recent win on the poster board and cheered each other on. There was also a sponsor scavenger hunt, with the winner being awarded a leadership or career coaching package.
