🌿 Exciting News from mynus UG (haftungsbeschränkt) ! 🌿 We are thrilled to announce that we had an amazing time at the TUM Entrepreneurship Day presented by Technical University of Munich, UnternehmerTUM and TUM Venture Labs on June 27, 2024! 🚀✨ At mynus UG (haftungsbeschränkt), we're on a mission to combat climate change by tackling the problem of excessive CO2 in our atmosphere. Our small mynus CO2 Harvester is designed for home use and employs potassium hydroxide (KOH) to capture atmospheric CO2, making carbon removal profitable and accessible for everyone. 🌍💼 🔬 How It Works: Chemical Reaction: 2KOH + CO2 => K2CO3 + H2O Process: Our harvester captures CO2 from the air and converts it into potassium carbonate (K2CO3). 🌟 Exciting Updates from mynus! 🌍 We’re thrilled to share some significant milestones and exciting future plans for our carbon capture project. Here’s a quick update on our journey: 📅 Company Formation & Team Expansion: In February 2024, we officially established mynus UG (haftungsbeschränkt)!🎉 We're now working with an enthusiastic student group consisting of Aparna Rajeev Thekke Kurungott, Harris Mubeen, Rong Cong and Samradnee Deshmukh from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), driving our mission forward with great energy. 📈 TUM Sustainability Day: On June 12th, we proudly presented our second prototype at the TUM Sustainability Day. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive: ▪️90% of surveyed visitors showed interest in becoming mynus users. ▪️40% are eager to participate regardless of costs and rewards, motivated by a desire to combat climate change. 🔧 Prototype Development: A huge thank you to SCHNITTPUNKT GMBH LASERSCHNEIDTECHNIK for manufacturing our second prototype pro-bono.
