H. from Fort Valley State University (FVSU), a key member of the cohort that focused on structured first-year support. Over the past two years, FVSU has partnered with the NISS to implement impactful initiatives, including the successful launch of its Summer Success Academy. As winners of our NISS Catalyst Award for Institutional Transformation in October 2024, Dr. Hatchett shares how they built campus-wide support, overcame challenges, and gained insights from other cohort members. The NISS is seeking a Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR). This position will focus on soliciting, closing, and stewarding gifts to support current and new activities of the NISS, with a primary focus on large gifts and donors capable of making large donations as a significant portion of the portfolio.
