In addition to his technical background, Nick is also bilingual in English and Russian, which adds even more value to our growing team. Our team had an amazing time at the Pennsylvania Apartment Association #APARTogetherEXPO in Philadelphia, March 19–20! Kit Hagen and Colin Haynes represented NEP at the Business Exchange on day one, where they connected with outstanding property managers and industry professionals. The Business Exchange offered a unique experience: a reverse trade show where property management companies exhibit at a tabletop and supplier partners rotate through 5-minute meetings over a 2-hour period. It was a fantastic opportunity to share how NEP brings financial, operational, and environmental value to our partners. The momentum from the Business Exchange propelled us into day two, where we set up the NEP booth and kept the conversations going.
