NCMEC has seen an increase in CyberTipline reports related to children being victimized by individuals who appear to be part of a violent online group. "Up this morning screaming, Happy 41st Birthday to my oldest! It's been over 21 years since I’ve seen or heard your voice… You’re out of sight but always in my heart. There are no words to express how much your brothers, and I miss and love you. My eyes are filled with tears, straight from my heart… so I’ll end this by saying: Happy Birthday, My Love! Wishing you many, many more. 🎉🎊❣️🥳," Pam Riley Boldin, mother to LaQuanta Riley. On Dec. 7, 2003, LaQuanta vanished from Montgomery, Alabama, after leaving her mother’s home in an unknown green car. A disturbing voicemail left days after her disappearance has haunted her family ever since. LaQuanta's photo is shown age-progressed to what she might look like today at 41.
