The team has dispensed 104,835 prescriptions year-to-date, assisting people in multiple languages. 5 pharmacies at Pike Place Market, Columbia City, Rainier Beach, 45th Street and Meridian. 👉 Our medical assistants are an essential part of patient care: they give patients a warm welcome, listen attentively to patients’ health concerns, & are key care partners for providers. Thir work made it possible for patients to have nearly104,000 medical visits in 2023. 👉 Our care teams work together to deliver quality healthcare that everyone deserves, & to support thriving communities. One highlight: Nearly 60% of eligible patients have completed breast cancer screenings so far in 2024--a tool that saves lives! 👉 Our Facilities team is essential to ensuring a safe and efficient environment for patients, visitors and staff. These skilled individuals support the facility needs of more than 30 sites across the Neighborcare organization.

This week we celebrate National Midwifery Week, Physican Assistants Week and Primary Care Week. Our Midwifery team provides culturally responsive support for reproductive health, prenatal & postpartum care, delivery & more. The team achieved a C-section rate of 13.6%, below the national target of 23.6%. Our Physican Assistants provide whole-person, patient-centered care to support the well-being & goals of people across all stages of life, experiences & languages. With their collaboration, nearly 73% of our patients with diabetes have their condition managed. As a Primary Care medical, dental and behavioral health provider, our care teams work together to deliver quality care that everyone deserves to support thriving communities. In 2023, we served nearly 60,000 patients in the Greater Seattle Area.

Our Ballard clinic team provides medical care, mental health care and so many other supportive services for adults who are experiencing or recently experienced homelessness. It's a small space but has a tremendous impact. This recent note to the team shows just how much.
