🌟 NetCentrics Team Onsite: Planning for 2025 and Building Stronger Connections 🌟 Last week, the NetCentrics leadership gathered for an engaging and productive 3-day onsite meeting that focused on strategic planning for 2025. The event brought together team members from Tech & Solutions, Business Development and Marketing, along with our CEO, CTO and Chief of Staff, fostering collaboration and innovation as we laid the groundwork for our future initiatives. We analyzed #cloudsecurity market trends, delved into our product positioning and pricing, and identified potential customers to pursue, sharpening our focus and sparking fresh ideas to guide our strategy and roadmap for the rest of 2024 and in 2025. Of course, we had to have a little fun along the way, so we headed to Top Golf for a team-building activity. ⛳️ The gloomy weather didn’t deter us, and we enjoyed some friendly competition and camaraderie while showing off our golf skills (or lack thereof!). 🏌️♂️ Overall, the onsite was both productive and crucial in reinforcing our team spirit. As we look ahead to 2025, we are excited about the direction we’re headed and confident in our collective ability to achieve our goals. As we mark the 23rd anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001, we at NetCentrics are reflecting on the lives lost, the bravery shown by first responders, and the resilience of our nation in the face of unimaginable adversity. This day reminds us of the importance of unity, compassion, and service to others. Many of us were personally impacted, either directly or through friends, family, or colleagues. As we remember those who were lost, we also honor the strength and courage demonstrated by so many on that day and in the weeks, months, and years that followed. Together, we remember. 🌟 Teammate Spotlight: Kevin Mahoney 🌟 We are thrilled to put the spotlight on Kevin Mahoney, our incredible Senior Network Engineer! 📍 Location: Kingston, New Hampshire 🕰️ Time with NetCentrics: 1 year & 8 months 🏆 Professional Highlights: Kevin is proud of his contributions to the VA IPv6 project, successfully navigating it through OY1 and aiming for success in OY2. 🎓 Certifications: In the past year and a half, Kevin earned the IPv6 Forum Certified Network Engineer Silver certification, which is one of his favorites. Additionally, Kevin became one of the first in the world to achieve the IPv6 Forum Network Programmer Gold Certified status. He also successfully obtained the AWS Advanced Networking Specialty certification. 📈 Professional Growth: At NetCentrics, Kevin has expanded his skills, earned certifications and shared nearly 30 years of IT knowledge.
