Hired into an in-demand #career right out of high school! 🎉 Ceasar's story is a great example of how Gaudin Porsche LV is connecting early to the #talent pipeline. In fact, Gaudin Motor Company hired 8️⃣ 2024 CCSD graduates into various positions at its Southern Nevada dealerships and service centers. Gaudin works directly with Clark County School District high schools to recruit and provide career pathways to students in the District's automotive technology programs. This strategy is a win-win as it allows high schools to learn the qualifications needed for employment in this in-demand field while building a pipeline of young talent for Gaudin's growing businesses.
