My article, "Neurodivergence in the Workplace: A Guide to Self-Advocacy and Success," just got featured in Spark Magazine! 🌟 I've dedicated my career to the topic of Neurodiversity, and I'm thrilled to share what I've learned. This guide is packed with: • Self-advocacy strategies (because we've all had those "how do I ask for this?" moments) • Communication tips for explaining your needs (without the awkwardness!) • Common challenges and practical solutions that work for everyone (goodbye, sensory overload!) • How your unique perspective and abilities are valuable assets to your organization Here's the thing: supporting neurodiversity isn't just nice—it's a game-changer for the whole team. A neuro-inclusive workplace isn't a luxury, it's where innovation thrives! Whether you're neurodivergent, managing a diverse team, or just curious, there's something in here for you. I'd love to hear your thoughts! What's your experience with neurodiversity at work? Any tips to share? Let's chat in the comments!
