This is the third offering from NewStar Exchange, through which the company has raised approximately $50 million supporting accredited investors completing 1031 like-kind exchanges. NEWSTAR announced today its acquisition of two properties in Charlotte, North Carolina. The properties are planned for the development of 103 homes in two new single-family build-to-rent communities. NEWSTAR proudly announces the successful acquisition of 40 acres in Jacksonville, Florida, in partnership with Red Cedar Homes.
