We develop strong resident services programs tailored to each properties specific needs. Our staffs are leaders in both for profit and not for profit real estate, and we gain further support from a dedicated Board of Trustees. Our Beliefs: We believe in the dignity of our residents and their need for safe, clean, functional housing that is affordable to them; we believe that the inclusion of comprehensive resident services not only provides important support for residents of all ages, but it also builds communities; we believe our properties should be green, sustainable living environments that are both economical for our residents and environmentally responsible.
