😍 Un atelier captivant avec Fatou Ndiaye, la talentueuse fondatrice de The Wonders et Nhuma Consulting Lab, dans le cadre de notre programme d'incubation exclusivement féminin, #EllesEnsemble 💜 🔍 L'atelier, axé sur les principes clés de l'audace, a été une véritable source d'inspiration. 🎖 I received the Medal for Equality ! ❌ It will take another 135 years for women to be on equal footing with men. And that's not OK ! That's why I have dedicated the past years to advancing equality in the workplace and in the society through the power of collaboration. With The Wonders, we empower and bring greater visibility to women creating positive impact so they can inspire future generations to act for the greater good. We also create solutions that make real change in the workplace. 📣 Nonetheless, I was surprised and really honoured when I received the Medal for Equality from Élisabeth Moreno our former Minister for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities last April. This medal, given for outstanding contribution toward promoting equality in France, is not just for me but for everyone who contributes to creating a more equal world. Thank you Mme Moreno for recognising our work. ⚡️ I will keep fighting to reduce the gender gap and support those who do as well. That's why I responded YES when the incredible Shelley Zalis invited me to attend The Female Quotient Equality Lounge at Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity this week. 🚀 I travelled to the future and back. What I saw in 2040, is that gender equality is no longer a topic. In this podcast series, Roni Michael, Global Head of Innovation at KPMG International, invited me to put myself in the reality of 2040 and to explain what I have seen.  I described how many of the challenges around gender equality have been addressed in the years leading to 2040, and how having women in positions of power in business and politics has reshaped the world. In the podcast I shared that because of a tragic event, women took the streets and had to fight for they right and that was a turning point in the battle for equality. I really hope that the overturn of Roe v. Wade will be the sparkle that will ignite the changes I saw in 2040. 📣 I was recently invited to join Roberto Di Bernardini, Chief Human Resources Officer at Danone for an insightful conversation during the company's Inclusion, Equity and Diversity week! ⚡️We delved into the significance of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in organizations and the importance of addressing this key topic. We both shared the belief that it's not just a topic, but a catalyst that can enhance positively a company performance. We explored concrete benefits and success stories from Danone and I also shared my experience as a DEI consultant, emphasizing the role leaders play in promoting DEI. 👉 We also discussed the concept of privilege, stressing the need for everyone to act as allies. I shared some of my innovative concepts, the "Leaders Equity Code" and the "12 Commandments of Audacity," essential principles for inclusive leadership and personal growth. 🙏🏿 Thanks to Mathilde APONTE FAUCHERIE and Danone for the invitation and the inspiring dialogue.
