As Halloween approaches, it's important to keep our furry friends safe and stress-free. Make sure your pets have a quiet space away from the doorbell and trick-or-treaters. Keep Halloween candies out of reach, as chocolate and certain goodies can be dangerous for pets. Consider using pet-friendly decorations, and always supervise your pets around costumes and any foreign objects. A little extra attention will keep them safe and happy this Halloween!

This cutie patootie is Squirt. She's an 8 week old Pit Bull pup who was brought in after getting into a scuffle with her housemate. She had some facial lacerations that needed to be clipped, cleaned and sutured. We sent her home with some medication and instructions to follow up with her regular Veterinarian. We hope you're feeling better soon, Squirt!
