About us

We’re real people who treat each other like real family and are always open to making new friends. Together we create craveable flavors from around the globe, where every recipe is made to order and every ingredient is something to feel good about. But we’re still individuals with unique goals and different passions. After all, one person’s Wisconsin Mac & Cheese is another person’s Penne Rosa, and that’s the way it should be. So whether you’re working in a restaurant, out in the field or at our corporate offices in Colorado, we’ll help you pursue your passions and get involved with the community you serve. We’re a company that cares and it shows. At Noodles & Company we have 4 core values: We Care, We are Passionate, We Show Pride and We Love Life! We’ve created a supportive environment that challenges and rewards those who share our mission - to Nourish and Inspire every team member, guest, and community we serve. www.noodles.com/careers

  • As Women’s History Month comes to a close, FIERCE, our women’s resource group, is beyond excited to host an inspiring conversation with our board member, Mary Egan! The upcoming discussion is an incredible opportunity for our team to gain insights from Mary on leadership, career navigation, and the role of a board member. “Conversations with a Board Member” has historically been one of our most engaging and impactful activations, giving our teams a unique chance to ask direct questions, hear valuable career wisdom, and see firsthand the power of representation at the highest levels. Why does this matter? Because when women are in leadership and boardroom seats, industries evolve, opportunities expand, and workplaces become more inclusive. Representation isn’t just important, it’s essential. Guiding the conversation will be Emily Mayfield, our dynamic Regional Director of Operations for Illinois, whose leadership and passion make her the perfect host for this discussion. We can’t wait to share key takeaways from this conversation so stay tuned for insights from our team! What’s one question you’d ask a board member about leadership or career growth? Drop it in the comments!

I am so happy to have had a chance to work with Emily Gross to help sponsor a team meal for the incredible dancers of the Viterbo University Dance Elite Team! We know how hard they work to perfect their routines and perform at their best, so we're happy to contribute to their journey. Here is a the Tik Tok they posted as a thanks to Noodles and how they think each type of Pasta would dance!👏 #ViterboDanceTeam #SupportLocalTeams #DanceLife #Noodlesandcompany #sponosrship #Teamwork #noodles #newcateringconnections https://lnkd.in/eHvdmA7j

  • Absolutely, Stephen Kennedy! This is a game-changing moment, and we couldn’t be more excited for what’s ahead! A huge thank you to our incredible team - to everyone in our support office and our external partners whose creativity and commitment shaped this vision, and to our restaurant teams whose passion and dedication bring it to life every day. This milestone wouldn’t be possible without your hard work, dedication, and the care you put into every detail! 🍜👏 #MenuEvolution #WeKnowNoodles

🚀 A Bold New Chapter for Noodles & Company! 🚀 Alright, folks. After 18 months of tasting, testing, and more pasta dreams than we care to admit, Noodles & Company just dropped a brand-new menu. And trust me—it’s kind of a big deal. But this isn’t just about adding a few new dishes—it’s a complete brand-level-up, inside and out. We took a long, hard look in the mirror and said, "You know what? We are THE noodle company." So now, we're owning it—with an improved menu (Scott Davis), a sharper identity (Stacy Moss, Devin Reiter, Fortnight Collective) and ultimately a better in-restaurant (Brad West, Joseph D. Christina ) and digital (Tom Finley, Corey Kline, Bounteous) customer experience. Extremely proud of each and every person on the team for doing their part to bring this to life. So now it's your turn to do your part - find your local Noodles & Company at noodles.com, show up/order hungry and we got you. https://lnkd.in/gBXz8ZZN

Today marks a defining moment for Noodles & Company! After 18 months of research, testing, and tireless dedication from every department, we’re unveiling the most significant menu transformation in our history. This isn’t just a menu update—it’s a bold reimagination of what Noodles & Company stands for. 🍜 Two-thirds of our menu is new or improved. 🔥 More flavor. Richer sauces. Fresher ingredients. A better guest experience. 🧀 Craveable new Mac & Cheese dishes. 🥢 Thoughtfully refined fan favorites. We’ve elevated our entire menu, and we’re proudly staking our claim—We Know Noodles. This launch is a testament to the collective passion, creativity, and resilience of every colleague and partner who played a role in bringing it to life. Through change and challenges, our marketing team never lost sight of this defining moment, ensuring it became everything it could be—and more. A huge thank my incredible partners, especially Konnect Agency and Blue Bear Creative - Social Media Agency, for their collaboration and dedication. Here’s to the next chapter of Noodles & Company! https://lnkd.in/gMBsHaei

  • Happy International Women’s Day! 💜 Today, we celebrate the incredible women at Noodles & Company - leaders, innovators, and changemakers who make a difference every day across our restaurants, Support Office, and beyond. One of those women is Carrie Stenger, Sr. Manager of CSO Operations, who was recently recognized as our Support Office Noodler of the Month! With nearly 12 years at Noodles, Carrie has built a career filled with dedication, strong relationships, and a passion for creating meaningful experiences. We asked Carrie to share a little about her journey and what inspires her: 💬 What has been one of your most memorable moments during your time at Noodles? 👉 “Organizing our General Manager Summits has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. I put in a great deal of time to make sure everything runs smoothly and seeing the positive impact it has on our team makes it all worth it. Watching our GMs feel motivated, valued, and grateful for the opportunity to connect and grow together is incredibly fulfilling. Knowing that my work helps create an environment where people feel appreciated and empowered is something I take a lot of pride in.” 💬 Who is a woman that has inspired you in your career and why? 👉 “My mom is the driving force behind my resilience and determination. She worked two jobs to support me and my two brothers, balancing everything while still showing us love and strength. No matter the challenges - moving between apartments, returning to our original home, and navigating a difficult environment - she remained a pillar of perseverance. Her sacrifices shaped me, instilling the belief that there is value in overcoming adversity and a power that comes from resilience. At 18, I found the courage to leave my small town and build a better future, and I couldn’t be prouder of my mom for doing the same. Shortly after I left, she moved out on her own for good. Then, 25 years ago, she took a bold step and started her own restaurant business - a dream she made a reality through dedication and grit. Just this year, in 2024, she passed the torch and sold her restaurant to a new owner. She’s proof that if you want something, you go after it. Nothing should stop you from trying.” Carrie is one of the many incredible women at Noodles who make a difference every day. From our restaurants to our Support Office, their passion and leadership shape who we are. Join us in celebrating them today and always! 💜 #InternationalWomensDay #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInLeadership
