If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, this could be your opportunity!    The Executive Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic planning, organization, development and direction of operations and programs at the Regional Center. In accordance with the Center's contractual commitments with the State of California's Department of Developmental Services and guided by policies established by the Board of Trustees, the Executive Director will serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. In this capacity, they will hold the authority and responsibility for the day-to-day management and administration of the corporation's affairs, employees, and resources, ensuring the effective implementation of established policies and programs. The Executive Director will also assume a strategic advisory role, advising and counseling the Board on matters of policy to support informed decision-making. Additionally, they will act as a representative for the corporation at community, local, state, and national meetings.  Compensation Range: $225,000 - $325,000 - offer will be commensurate with applicant’s experience.
