November is Native American Heritage Month, a time to honor and reflect on the artistry, history, and cultural legacy of Indigenous communities. We encourage you to visit the Heard Museum here in Phoenix this month, or any time, as it’s a great place to deepen your understanding of Indigenous culture. 🌅 For years, the Heard has shared the beauty, voice, and vision of American Indian artists. Through unique exhibits, traditional and contemporary art, and personal stories, visitors can explore Indigenous history, traditions, beliefs, and the resilience of Native communities. This Saturday, they’re hosting a special event celebrating tradition, family, and the circle of life through the art of hoop dancing, a symbolic storytelling dance connecting generations. 👉🏼 Visit Heard Museum to learn more. You won’t regret it!

Three years ago, we started the beautiful tradition of creating a Dia de los Muertos altar in our office, and it’s something we truly love. 🕯️ 💙 It gives us a chance to remember and talk about our loved ones who have passed, keeping their spirit alive and honoring them together as the Novle family. With teammates from different cultures, many of whom didn’t grow up with this tradition, it’s been so meaningful to come together, learn, and understand each other better. Our roots make us who we are. 🌎 Do you celebrate Dia de los Muertos? 💀

💙 If it’s meaningful, it must be Novle... As a multicultural marketing agency, we proudly offer services that help organizations make a meaningful impact in their communities. Through our partnership with New Pathways for Youth, we’ve helped launch Caminos, an initiative focused on building a community of Latino mentors. Our role is to amplify these efforts, ensuring that everything from brand initiative creation to communication and community engagement drives meaningful, lasting change. Yesterday, we hosted an event at our office that brought together community members to help shape and guide this initiative, forming an advisory committee that will play a key role in its success. With their leadership, Caminos will reflect the community’s voices and experiences, creating a deeper impact. 👀 Stay tuned for what this advisory committee and NPFY will accomplish in 2025!
