Today, NYS CIO Dru Rai gave a keynote presentation at the Public Sector Network New York Government Innovation Show, speaking on modernization and digital transformation efforts at ITS, as well as innovation, collaboration and service delivery improvements for all New Yorkers. Additionally, Executive Deputy CIO Jennifer Lorenz participated on a panel regarding partnership in the public sector, and Director of Design System & Research Jesse Gardner spoke on human-centered design.
