Downtown Milwaukee First Dog Park! Ogden & Company, Inc. was honored to attend the MKE Dog Park groundbreaking ceremony last week as an official sponsor of the park. This month, the Ogden & Company, Inc. Charity & Giving Committee partnered with the Tamarack Waldorf School on Milwaukee's East Side for a school supply drive to help teachers and students this coming school year. A huge thank you to our residents at Element84 and Sutter Creek for their generous donations to the cause! JUST SOLD! Congrats to Michael A. Testa, CCIM, Kash K., and their clients on the sale of their industrial/land property, located at 400 W Haugen Rd in Edgerton, WI. Mike and Kash's client initially contracted them to sell the property as a stabilized investment asset, but nature had other plans. Within a few weeks of listing, Mike and Kash had secured an acceptable offer close to asking price, but unfortunately, before the offer was signed, the building caught fire due to an electrical malfunction with Tenant equipment. Mike and Kash sat tight and advised their client through the insurance and rebuilding process, and ultimately helped their client to negotiate and secure a new offer to purchase which still met seller criteria. They closed 60 days later, and now have a happy Buyer and Seller on their hands! JUST SOLD! Congrats to Michael A. Testa, CCIM, Kash K., and their clients on the sale of their office property, located at 2212 E. Moreland in Waukesha. Mike's client had a growth plan that this building simply could not accommodate; so the team went to work. After locating a new property and placing it under contract, Mike and Kash put their now former space on the market. Within a month of listing, they had the property under contract and moved swiftly towards closing. Both properties closed in 65 days or less, and the timing of the closings could not have worked out better for our clients.
