Book bans are denying women access to basic health education. In over 20 states, thousands of women's health and anatomy books are banned from prisons. This forces incarcerated women to decipher what's happening in their own bodies and puts them at higher risk of dying from preventable, treatable conditions. To fight this dangerous censorship, we partnered with the Claremont Forum and a contact inside to develop a women's health textbook that sneaks past these book bans. Today’s not over, but some highlights include Kenan Thompson and others talking about the comeback of humor in advertising, diving into synthetic research and what it means for strategists, plus unpacking big ideas including AT&Ts 5G football helmet. An absolute gem was Jay Shetty talking about PURPOSE, something very close to our hearts. #CannesLions2024

Day 1 Cannes Lions. Just getting started. Already enjoying hearing about Dove’s relentlessness on “beauty without artifice” to Deepak Chopra MD (official) discussing consciousness to imagination, and stopping by #Omnicom Cove for lots of rich AI conversation. Loved hearing Reddit CEO Steve Huffman talk about communities, the most authentic catalog of human experiences, and how consumers are desperate and seeking “real.” #Canneslion2024

We're proud of another big win last night for Sensible Strumming for Best Broadcast Radio Single PSA at the Radio Mercury Awards. 40% of popular country songs in the United States mention alcohol, many of which encourage listeners to drink their problems away. So we created a country song encouraging people not to. SAFE Project (Stop the Addiction Fatality Epidemic), a non-profit, partnered with Ryan Whyte Maloney, a finalist on NBC’s The Voice, and his band to create the single “It Ain’t 5 O’Clock Somewhere,” confronting country music’s glorification of alcohol. #createwithpurpose
