Omicsveu is driven to harness and accelerate multiplex multi-omics Spatial Biology research. Our Fully automated & integrated systems are affordable, simpler, and easy to use, faster to help accelerate precession oncology research, reduce cost, improve disease outcome, and enhance patient quality of life. Omicsveu offers fully automated ready-to-use integrated systems which include Phenoveu, RNAveu, miRNAveu, Genotyping & Phenotyping, and In Situ Sequencing. These tools offered by the company offer a range of solutions for single-cell analysis, ready for tissue imaging, biomarker discovery, precision diagnostics, therapeutics, and life science research. Phenoveu technology allows for the co-detection of multiple protein biomarkers in the same tissue section. The Genotyping & Phenotyping technology allows for the co-detection of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) and protein in the same tissue section. The in situ Sequencing technology allows you to examine the location of target mRNA sequences along with changes in single base pair mutations at the tissue and single-cell level. The RNAveu technology allows for detection of mRNA expression in your sample with sub-micron level accuracy by using uniquely labeled fluorophore-tagged barcoded probes. Their miRNAveu technology allows for detection of target miRNA expression and can be combined with other technologies such as RNAveu and Phenoveu for elucidation of tumor micro-environment. The NanoVIP system offers automation of any slide-based automation to produce reliable, consistent results requiring few days of training with low skilled laboratory personnel.
