How will you build a company if you haven’t been a part of one? Not a product. A Company, an organization. That people will WANT to work for That has process AND technology Don’t get me wrong. I genuinely admire anyone whose entrepreneurial spirit burns so bright that they feel the urge to get out there and “be their own boss” right now. Maybe you’re a new grad and you have great ideas. Maybe you’re a current student already building. My advice at a minimum is to seek out an internship, externship, fellowship or an actual ship where complex teams work together. Perform foundational roles within your desired industry Understand first hand their challenges Empathize with their complexities Even more character building… Have someone make you feel like shit Make someone else feel like shit Have an oh-shit moment Watch for what TO do; learn from what NOT to. That kind of experience can’t be taught. My earliest tech positions were Dev, QA, UAT, BA, PL, and PM before I grew into Director, MD and above. By the time I was leading, integrating, and at times divesting large teams, no shortcuts were taken. Now, don’t necessarily wait 20 yrs to make the jump like I did but investing in a solid foundation is always time well spent. Maybe then first-time founder failure rate won’t be so high? 📸: at an all in all event last year as a first-time founder, looking way too corporate 😀 **** 👋 I’m Zoya and I committed to build & now grow in public. Zoya Lehrer has 20 years of corporate experience now turned first time founder -> Today we discuss how larger company experience differs from other types of first time founders. Also covered… - What experience is needed in the founder role vs a job (nuances people often miss)  - Going beyond just a product and doing what it takes to build a full company  - How you can be intentional with setting up your experience to be a founder  - How being a founder has to be a long term mindset (no rushing for big short term results in the first few months or year)  - How/why a founder must have the endurance (you can tell in a persons actions, words and tone of voice if they have this) #noShortcuts I hope you enjoy our chat :-)

“Transactional relationships don’t deliver value.” True in life, as it is in business. Earlier this week, I attended a memorable panel discussion, expertly moderated by Eric Jackson, that explored the intersection of sports, brands, and community impact. Pressing topics included: ↳ the work that Erin Kane is doing to develop authentic role models in youth sports, especially for girls who are still 2x more likely to drop out of programming vs. boys ↳ how consumers are savvy and with the advent of social media, demand mission alignment between athletes and brands ↳ the opportunity for non profits to track community impact through KPIs, as in the impressive case of Christy Keswick of Good Sports, Inc. who has enriched the lives of 10M kids As National Football League (NFL) veteran and philanthropist Kyle Rudolph noted, “you can give your time, your talent, or your treasure ($).” I was especially touched by Kyle’s personal anecdotes about instilling community values within the DNA of his own family. Seriously, I never get emotional and he *almost* got me there a few times. All panelists underscored a major shift from transactional relationships to authentic collaborations that drive meaningful change on the field and beyond. Grateful to Michael Flood for the invite and genuine connections made throughout the evening. 📸: Only to be topped off by the loveliest surprise of meeting Khalid Cannon in person, our partner at Put Me In! #communityimpact #authenticity #sportstech **** 👋 I’m Zoya and I committed to build & now grow in public. FOUNDER pitching has begun at Super Founder (SFGN). 1 MILLION founders and 1 MILLION investors on SFGN is the plan. Today we have five founders pitching in the video here as a small preview of what is to come. Part 2 of the announcement is at the end of this post…but first let’s finish Part 1. Today we have founders that have partners / team members from Deloitte, NFL, Solana, SHL, Google, Salesforce, Fortune 100 and more. I’m honored to feature these five (of many more in the network to come). They are phenomenal humans. Crystal Kendzior Brett Butler  Zoya Lehrer Katja Kempe  Leong Cheah Connect to and follow these amazing founders today :-) Ask them about what they're working on :-) Generally in regards to founder pitches... Amazing humans + long term relationships + long term visions (5-15 yrs) means being able to spot "seed traits" of great leaders/humans early. - No trauma - Communication with word precision, numbers and dates - Extreme brevity - Ability to have difficult conversations with craft & kindness (not avoid) - Consistent daily habits - "Gravity Ball" effects (pulling in employees, partners, customers, investors - stemming from no trauma and good communication and a good vision with good human values) - A/B testing science/math - and MUCH more. To see beyond the now and beyond the pivots. Easy to say...hard to do. A skill for many to practice building. PART TWO of the announcement is that we will launch a form on sf-gn.com in the next few weeks for all founders around the world to list themselves to get access to SFGN investors. No more investors and founders struggling to connect (or needing outreach training/services or getting “Keep us updated” rejected)…we’ll connect everyone…algorithmically (where there is fit) in an unprecedented way. The short term goal is 1 million investors, 1 million founders/execs and 1 million service partners. I hope you enjoy these five amazing founders pitching today! SFGN Podcast launched on YouTube and Spotify this week. P.S. We will be hosting a 10,000 - 30,000 attendee Super Founder Conference in Las Vegas or London in 2025 (or both locations)…and we’ll have digital events (pitching and digital conferences leading up to it/those). The world will not be the same when we are done with it. Let’s have some fun!

Raise update: investors have been calling us one of the “most buttoned-up pre-seeds they’ve seen”. Let me qualify that immediately: Are we still raising? Yes. Is our pitch perfect? Absolutely not. Are we continuing to pivot and revise? You bet. And while many aspects may be in flux, I believe what they’re referring to is the quality, organization, and completeness of our information. For that, the Data Room has been an important lever. Within are supporting artifacts, the double-clicks that our pitch intentionally omitted. Kept up to date, shared with interested parties as needed. Just like in my Banking M&A days… Makes their job, and ours, a bit easier. Investors: what would you like to see added to this list? Founders: what structure has worked for you? #fundraising #dataroom #sanity **** 👋 I’m Zoya and I committed to build & now grow in public. Now this is a way to kick off a Monday! It is with great pleasure and excitement that the Orgo team welcomes Natalie Beaconsfield as a new member of our Advisory Board. Nat’s incredible work at Google, and previously at The Walt Disney Company, is uniquely aligned with our family-first, consumer focused mission. Nat is located in Australia and frequents the SF and NY offices regularly. She’s a pro at converting timezones, a fellow parent, and an absolute powerhouse. Ryan Kelley, we owe this fateful intro entirely to you. Let’s go, Nat! 🦾🧡 #gtm #advisoryboard #teamaboveall **** 👋 I’m Zoya and I committed to build & now grow in public. It’s fascinating how differently we process information! If your 🧠 prefers an Agenda-based view vs. Calendar, we also built the Dashboard. A linear and progressive representation of everyone’s day that accurately reflects event prep, early arrival, travel time and duration. Best part is once you see the day fully, free time becomes yours for the taking! Oh, the possibilities 📚🏋️😴🏃♀️🧺🛍️💅🥾🍂 #timemanagement #hustlehandled
