Insight from our Marketing & Research Team: 'Boomer Parents' are now empty nesters and have ready to start checking items off their bucket lists. Baby Boomer parents, in contrast to their childless peers, answer much more positively to forward-looking statements on life and retirement, such as expressing a greater desire for travel. They may have delayed certain personal goals and experiences while prioritizing their children. Now mostly empty nesters (68% of Baby Boomer parents) and free of child-raising expenditures, this cohort finds itself with additional discretionary funds. In addition to traditional media, Facebook is an excellent way to reach these consumers. #babyboomers #travel #consumer #media #socialmedia
