Celebration Sanitation Services, Ken and Tammy Lee, unveiled their newest sanitation truck featuring Give Kids The World Village. In honor of their son and organ donor hero, Dylan, the Lee family celebrates his legacy by paying it forward to the community. When Dylan unexpectedly passed away in 2021 he was able to save three lives as an organ donor. Today, the Lee family honors his life and legacy by educating the community on the importance of organ donation and celebrating generosity. Last week for National Donate Life Blue and Green Day, AdventHealth team members across Central Florida held walks to raise awareness of the need for organ donors. Also, more than 255 colorful pinwheels were placed on the lawn in front of AdventHealth Orlando by a team from OurLegacy to honor organ donor heroes from the past year.

🌟 Honoring a Young Donor Hero: Sean Michael Bridges Rivera 🌟 Today, we remember and honor the incredible spirit of 6-year-old donor hero, Sean Michael Bridges Rivera. Sean was a boy’s boy - sweet, gentle, and active in sports. His love for dressing up as Spiderman brought joy to everyone around him. On this day four years ago, Sean's legacy of kindness and generosity shone brightly as he donated his heart, both kidneys, pancreas, and liver. We are profoundly grateful to mom Giselle and grandmother Rynette for always being willing to share your story. And a special thank you to our partners at ARNOLD PALMER HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN for their continued support and collaboration in this lifesaving mission.
