    How I Used AI to Transform 60+ Hours of Sales Calls into Actionable Positioning Insights I recently tackled a massive sales intelligence project that would have taken weeks to complete manually. Here's how I used AI to work smarter: The Process: 1.    Started in HubSpot to identify our highest-value deals 2.    Leveraged Gong's Account AI to analyze key aspects of each deal - from pre-sale challenges to decision criteria 3. Being a cybersecurity company, stripped out any sensitive data before moving forward 4.    Used Copy.ai to transform 20,000 words of sales intelligence into structured positioning insights 5.    Applied April Dunford's positioning framework to synthesize everything using AI (of course, not as good as having April the person, but it turned out pretty good IMO) The Results: ✅ Analyzed dozens of deals without watching individual calls ✅ Saved 60+ hours of manual review time ✅ Generated actionable insights for our website, ads, and sales playbooks Key Learning: AI isn't about replacing human insight—it's about augmenting it.
