About us
Outlook Enrichment creates opportunities for people living with vision loss to achieve personal and professional growth in an inclusive community. Our goal is to help our neighbors living with vision loss and blindness live life independently, confidently engage in their communities, and continue to do the things they love. Outlook Enrichment helps people who are blind, living with vision loss, or losing their vision to develop the skills and find the resources they need to live independently and engage fully in the community. Outlook offers recreational, cultural, and social activities; vision loss transition and emotional health support; and community education regarding diversity and inclusion of those of differing abilities.

August is Children's Eye Health Safety Month! According to Prevent Blindness, "43% of sports-related eye injuries are to children ages 14 and younger." 👁️ ⚾️ Fortunately, the majority of eye injuries are preventable. 💡 By ensuring the use of appropriate eye protection, scheduling regular eye exams, and following the "20-20-20 Rule" (which advises that every 20 minutes, children should take 20 seconds to look 20 feet away), we can take proactive steps to protect our children's eye health.
