    Last week Chelsea Ethridge had the chance to shadow one of our Technicians in NJ. The next day I stopped in to meet with Chelsea, Nart Shawa and Samantha Rodriguez to discuss hiring strategies for Q4 and Q1 2025. Later on I dropped Chelsea off at the airport, and stopped at the first rest stop. While waiting in line, I noticed an OWL Services shirt. I jumped out of line to introduce myself and we quickly realized Dave was the same Tech that showed Chelsea around the day before. We both couldn’t believe the odds. The best part - the customer came up to me while we were talking and said, “he is the best - we only will use him!” Thank you David for taking such great care of our customers and my team. The word is out about the the Northeast. If you are a #petroleum #technition and want to work with other great #techs check us out.
