This month, Kenneth Berkoff shared his insights on the #future of technology in construction, stating, "Tech in construction is continuously #evolving and making day to day activities and #deliverables more efficient. On top of that there is such high potential for cost and time savings allowing for individuals to focus on other aspects of their work. #Technology has come so far and yet I believe the ceiling is nowhere in sight. I look forward to seeing how much more of a positive impact technology has in the construction industry." Today marks a very special day for one of our employees, Angela Lucifero, as she hits her 50th work #anniversary here at P.Agnes. Reflecting on "why P.Agnes?", Angela states: "I really never knew picking up that review, 50 years ago that morning would have changed my entire life. I wasn't looking for a job at the time - but somehow was pulled into P.Agnes and never left. From a home to an office the learning experiences kept pouring into my life. I guess when people ask me, "Why P.Agnes" the only appropriate answer is they're family. They care not only about each project but about their employees - creating the #family atmosphere leading to our #success." Congratulations Ang! With over 22 years of experience in the industry - Kevin's dedication, expertise, and leadership have been vital to our success, and we are confident that he will continue to excel in his new role as Project Executive. Our UAVs have consistently captured aerial data for over 2 years across 100+ acres at Princeton's Meadows Neighborhood. Collaborating with Surveying and Mapping LLC (SAM), we verified accurate placements of subsurface utilities and foundations. From #geothermal exchange to stormwater systems, UAVs documented it all, ensuring accurate as-built models for turnover to the University. This upcoming month, we're excited to shine the 'Sector Spotlight' on Life Sciences! Building in the life sciences sector demands unparalleled precision and innovation. From designing state-of-the-art laboratories to constructing sustainable #research facilities, every project requires a deep understanding of the industry's unique needs. By integrating advanced engineering solutions and maintaining the highest standards of quality, we support the #lifesciences community in pushing the #boundaries of what's possible.

This month, we had the opportunity to sit down with our newest Estimating Intern, Zach, to reflect on his exciting journey with P.Agnes and why he's interested in pursuing #construction. He shared: "Construction has always been a part of me, looking up at the skyscrapers as a kid and thinking ' I could be apart of building one of those.' It has stuck with me all these years, and continues to spark my interest." Currently attending Harding University in Arkansas and going into his senior year, Zach is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance. He started college as a Cyber Security major but quickly realized his love for numbers and made the switch to Finance. Zach's enthusiasm for construction and his love for the Philadelphia sport teams, especially the Eagles, makes him a perfect fit for our team this summer. At P.Agnes, we are proud to spark the #future generation in construction through our #internship program. Our talented interns continue to bring fresh perspectives and energy to our projects. We are excited to see how Zach and others will help shape the future of our #industry.
