About us
Pafford Medical Services, Inc. has provided mobile healthcare services to communities throughout Arkansas, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Pennsylvania since 1967. Today, we have over 90 bases of operations, 200 ground ambulances, three medically configured fixed-wing aircraft, four medevac helicopters, a state-of-the-art communications center, as well as billing and consulting services, totaling over 1700 employees strong. Pafford Medical Services' renowned, and nationally recognized, Special Operations Team has deployed on some of the most devastating natural disasters in the United States and abroad. Our team of associates is our most important asset. We continuously strive to make sure our staff has the proper training, equipment, and 'heart' for EMS.

During the overnight hours, two regions within the Pafford Medical Services’ area were impacted by violent storms and tornadoes. Rogers County, Oklahoma and Benton County, Arkansas were most severely affected. Our Leadership and Special Response Teams have been working around the clock monitoring and providing resources such as teams, ambulances, and disaster equipment as they were dispatched throughout the night and as rescue operations have continued this morning. Our Special response team was deployed and resources have been dispatched from across Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Missouri to respond. We would like to thank our mutual aid partners for immediately sending ambulances to assist our operations in Arkansas and Oklahoma. Please keep our Medics and the residents of both areas in your prayers as they deal with the aftermath of this storm.
