Giving Back
Beyond engineering, Pape-Dawson is committed to giving back to the communities we serve. In 2015, The Pape-Dawson Engineers Charitable Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, was created to provide employees with the opportunity to make a tangible, significant impact on local nonprofit organizations. In 2023, Pape-Dawson and its employees raised $320,000 in donations through the Foundation and logged more than 500 volunteer hours to support local nonprofit organizations.
