Momentum is building at 1301 Avenue of the Americas with three exciting new leasing deals, reinforcing the property’s appeal as a premier office destination in Midtown Manhattan. We’re thrilled to welcome Virtus Investment Partners and J.C. Flowers & Co. LLC to the building, and excited to celebrate the expansion of O'Melveny & Myers LLP.   Virtus Investment Partners, signed the largest deal with a 10-year lease for over 41,000 square feet, relocating from another Paramount Group property. O’Melveny & Myers LLP continues its growth at 1301 Avenue of the Americas, expanding its footprint by nearly 30,000 square feet on a 16-year lease. Lastly, J.C. Flowers & Company secured a nine-year lease for over 14,000 square feet.   These deals underscore the continued momentum and desirability of 1301 Avenue of the Americas as a prime office building in Midtown.
