I didn't think I'd be hosting another in-person event so soon after our Spring celebration, but it was so enjoyable we decided to hold a new Fall Event, the Lead Forward Exchange! What's it about? Think about all the events you've been to where you left wishing for deeper connections or had burning questions left unanswered. This is different. It's specifically designed to deliver the impactful experience you've been craving but haven't found elsewhere through an immersive intimate gathering focused on networking, connection, and transformative learning in leadership. What do I mean by "intimate"? We want to create an atmosphere that allows for enough variety in networking opportunities but small enough for meaningful conversations. We currently have 30 folks registered and are capping it at 50 attendees. Our lineup features top leaders from #healthcare, #STEM, #tech, #academia, and more, all committed to empowering women in leadership. They'll share invaluable insights on what they've learned to let go of and what they've adopted to excel on their leadership journeys. Co-sponsored by Towerscope (and the Towerscope Leadership Academy ),ATHENA of the Triangle , and Speak Out Sisterhood the structure will include: > 6 amazing panel speakers sharing vulnerably about their own leadership lessons learned, >> followed by speed exchanges in small groups between attendees and speakers, tailored to similar industries and backgrounds, and then >>> a recap of key learnings from group discussions to ensure valuable insights and connections are gained. You can learn more and register here: https://bit.ly/3YqWe7C Guest Panel Speakers & Mentor Leaders Include: Dr. Tiamesha Walker-Smith, Ed.D. - Executive Director, ATHENA of the Triangle (non-profit, empowering women in leadership), Co-Sponsor Aynsley Szczesniak - Founder & Exec Director, Speak Out Sisterhood (non-profit, STEM young women’s empowerment) Co-Sponsor (and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill student!)
