  • Honoring Veterans Day: A Message of Service and Community from Kevin Hyde On this Veterans Day, our CEO, Kevin Hyde, Air Force Brigadier General (ret), joined Jed & JR on Talk 102.3 to share his reflections on the values of service and community that guide our mission at Partnership. As Kevin expressed, “Veterans Day is one of my favorite holidays because we get to celebrate those who have defended America and the freedoms we hold dear, through their commitment to service before self. One of the assets of a veteran is the desire to continue serving and making a difference in the communities where we live, continually giving back. Service becomes part of your culture and DNA when you've served in the military.” After 32 years of military service and 5 years with the USO, Kevin and his family chose Chattanooga to continue this mission of giving back. “When we came home after over 10 years overseas, we chose Chattanooga—a city where we didn’t know a soul when we arrived in 2021. Partnership’s mission here, to protect the most vulnerable in the greater Chattanooga area— whether children impacted by trauma, victims of domestic violence, or seniors in poverty—is a second life mission worth taking on.” Thank you for standing with us as we continue this mission of service. https://lnkd.in/eeUqwiWi
