#Gaza - The most critical legal element in proving the act of genocide is demonstrating intent to destroy a specific group of people. A recent report by the United Nations special rapporteur on human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories since 1967 says that actions by Israeli leaders in Gaza reflect an intent “to ethnically cleanse all or parts of the occupied Palestinian territory.”
