This month, we hosted our 2nd annual High School Externship Program at our Bristol Financial Center. This is a unique opportunity that gives local high school students the opportunity to spend an entire day at the bank and explore different departments within the organization. The agenda included breakout sessions with presentations from departments across the Bank, including Retail Banking, Accounting, Lending, IT, HR, and Marketing. What a bright and motivated group of students this is! 🏦⭐
