From NYC and UNGA Science Summit to Cairo, Egypt and the Global Digital Public Infrastructure Summit - my first visit to this ancient realm - having just published the Data Cooperatives report launched at the UN Science Summit Digital Governance Series which Jascha Stein and I organized under the auspices of the People-Centered Internet with International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), Wendy Hall of the UN AI Advisory body, and appliedAI Institute for Europe gGmbH; Glad to be here and eally looking forward to reconnecting with dear friends and colleagues and meeting new friends.

Yesterday marked Day 3 of our Digital Governance Series at the UN Science Summit, featuring a rare keynote from Turing Award Winner Dr. Alan Kay on Science Systems Children, Adults. He drew our focus to the most pressing challenges of our time and how we might effectively tackle them. Alan's thought-provoking presentation was followed by 14 remarkable speakers who responded to his insights, sharing perspectives from their areas of expertise.
