Though at DisruptHR Philadelphia, Ben Madden, MSOD, SHRM-CP, PHR, ICP-AHR shared a great talk titled "RTO is just ROT" (if you know, you know), the reality of the matter is that many of us work with employees in the office. KSS Architects has been collaborating for the past few years on various playful learning initiatives in Philadelphia, which we are proudly highlighting during DesignPhiladelphia. East Parkside Community Celebration at North Star Park! Join CENTENNIAL PARKSIDE CDC, East Parkside Residents Committee, and our Playful Learning Landscapes partners and volunteers on October 6th for a Community Celebration & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony! This will be a joyous celebration of a year-long collaborative community-design process bringing 3 new Playful Learning Landscapes to our cherished North Star Park. Through a community partnership with the Drexel University Playful Learning interdisciplinary seminar course, community members collaborated with students and local experts to create a series of Playful Learning installations throughout the neighborhood. Design teams focused on developing Playful Learning initiatives for multiple sites, fostering intergenerational interaction and enriching children’s cognitive and social development in the public spaces they encounter every day. Learn more about this collaboration at the Oct. 5th DesignPhiladelphia Festival where East Parkside community leaders will join the Drexel Playful Learning project team for a panel discussion with Playful Learning Landscapes Action Network (PLLAN) and Watchdog Project Management.
