ICYMI: The Olney Community Collaborative, formerly known as the North 5th Street Revitalization Project now has a newly purchased & improved building in the Olney neighborhood to serve local businesses and residents. We are proud to have helped them acquire their property with funding from our Commercial Real Estate Acquisition Loan program and Neighborhood Economic Development grant. The recent Open House event to celebrate was a huge success. Olney is home to the most linguistically diverse zip code in the city of Philadelphia and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
