I am delighted to announce that Madeleine Keogh has joined our team! Madeleine will help support our process analysis, GivingData, and data analytics projects.  Madeleine has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, having served both sides of philanthropy. Prior to transitioning to consulting, she spent four years as the Grants Manager at Houston Endowment and five years managing foundation support at WHYY, an NPR/PBS affiliate station. Madeleine specializes in optimizing grantmaking systems, supporting system implementations, and providing comprehensive data analysis and visualizations. She is skilled in GivingData, Tableau, functionality optimization, change management, and process documentation. Madeleine is dedicated to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of grantmaking processes, ensuring that resources are allocated strategically and impactfully. She holds a BA in English from Saint Joseph's University and resides in Philadelphia.  Please join us in welcoming her!

Philanthropy.io is excited to announce that Celeste Orr has joined  our core team of senior consultants! In keeping with our goal of team members that have professional  experience in the nonprofit and philanthropic sector, Celeste joins us with 15+ years of experience in nonprofit grants management. Celeste will help to lead our SmartSimple Software and process optimizations  projects and specializes in system administrator support and  training, system optimization, user interface design, and system  development. Celeste serves as a database consultant for organizations such as  The Home Depot Foundation, The Home Depot Foundation Canada,  California Access to Justice Commission, Georgia Health Initiative,  Weston Family Foundation, and Georgia Family Connection  Partnership, among others. Celeste also embodies the key attributes of our other team  members and is incredibly personable, detail-oriented, and  approaches projects with a client-centered mindset. Celeste holds a  Master of Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit leadership  and spends her free time working with women in Maine as a writer,  author, and retreat leader on the topics of women’s empowerment,  personal growth, and outdoor adventure.
