We hope all our program participants and guests had an excellent experience at the #NeubauerFellowship Fall Institute. During the Fall Institute, #NeubauerFellows and guests had the privilege of hearing from Dr. Angel Acosta and Dr. Amanda Aiken on Wednesday as well as from Sharifa Edwards and Dr. Sharroky Hollie on Thursday. It is also our hope that participants and guests of both our Instructional Leadership Academy (ILA) and our Senior Fellow Institute (SFI) found these events valuable. Last Wednesday, participants in ILA received key insights from Anita Walls and Srelyne Harris of Achievement Network, while last Thursday, SFI Senior Fellows heard from Faiza Jackson and Dr. Joanna Williams about Trauma-Informed Education. We are having an excellent #NeubauerFellowship Fall Institute here at Philadelphia Academy of School Leaders! This morning our fellows explored the concept of the principal serving as a chief talent officer for schools in a session led by Sharifa Edwards, Director of Leadership Development at Skyrocket Education. Currently, our fellows are hearing from Dr. Sharroky Hollie about culturally responsive instruction and steps principals can take to increase its use. We thank both Ms. Edwards and Dr. Hollie for their invaluable insights!
