It was a wonderful day catching up with old friends and clients at the Wasserstrom E&S Showcase! It was a great event to showcase our top brands to the many people that attended. We also got the pleasure to enjoy the amazing food and entertainment at Toca Madera! Today was definitely a good day! 🏆 Chef Carl out of our Phoenix East office took home top honors as Grill Master at the TriMark USA Summer Pitmaster Cook-Off at the Trimark test kitchen in Cleveland, OH! On the menu for the Grill Master, was: Asian Style Pork Rib w/ Pineapple and Black Sesame Roasted Jalapeno Corn Bread Baked Beans Thank you to Trimark for hosting this fun-filled event! We look forward to defending this prestigious honor next year!
