U.S. Bancorp Center, located in downtown Minneapolis, will soon be undergoing a large transformation including a complete two-story lobby upgrade, exclusive tenant lounges, enhanced skyway retail corridor, lobby coffee shop, and board room meeting space with pre-function area. To kick off construction our team hosted an event complete with cocktails, bites, and a live string quartet to unveil what's to come! Tenants and guests were able to view renderings of the soon-to-be hospitality-infused spaces and learn more about future retail offerings including Mother Dough, La Botana Mexican Grill, Nicollet Grille, and a brand-new to market concept by David Fhima. We are thrilled to transform this iconic asset for our tenants and the community in the heart of the city! 1180 Peachtree recently held a Peach Party to celebrate National Peach Day. The event was complete with a full peach menu with over 500 tenants coming out to celebrate. At Piedmont and across our properties, we enjoy finding ways to elevate the routine and celebrate the details! It was just peachy partnering with Carlyle's Catering to make this event a unique success.

The Exchange, in Orlando, FL, kicked off the fall season by curating a local Farmers Market onsite in the building’s courtyard area. The market included 13 local vendors offering everything from handmade goods, plants, and unique food and beverages. Piedmont strives to enhance the tenant experience with unique opportunities to support the local communities in which we operate.

Our local team in Dallas, TX recently spent the day volunteering at their local animal shelter to assist with tasks such as training dogs, making cat enrichment toys and cleaning the facility. The team was also able to tour and learn about the operations, as well as how this shelter engages with others in the community. At Piedmont, Nurturing Sustainable Communities is one of our Core Values. We believe we are accountable to our environment and strive to contribute to the fabric of our local communities.

Piedmont is excited to announce that Galleria on the Park, located in Atlanta, GA, will become home to the second location of the ATL Christkindl Market this holiday season! Tenants and the community alike will enjoy a unique offering of traditional German festivities, with a mix of delicious culinary delights and handcrafted holiday gifts. We are proud to be sharing our one-of-a-kind property with the community and look forward to celebrating the magic of the holiday season together!

Piedmont is committed to transforming spaces into collaborative environments. Meridian, located just outside of Minneapolis, MN, demonstrates how renovating existing outdoor space can enhance the tenant experience. The Meridian courtyard is located directly off the cafe, inviting tenants to get outside, collaborate, and enjoy their lunch.
