Our Pillar4 Media team came together to pack 330 backpacks for Classroom Central, an incredible organization dedicated to supporting teachers and students with the essential resources they need for a successful school year. Our incredible employees at Pillar4 Media have been eager to #committoservice in the Charlotte community! Over the past few weeks, teammates were able to deliver and set up beds, desks, and other furniture for a family, alongside the team at Beds for Kids. It was so rewarding to see the kids’ faces light up when they saw their new beds! Knowing that we made their home a bit more comfortable and joyful made the whole experience worth it and we look forward to continuing to give back to the surrounding community. #volunteer #communityservice

It's hard to believe our 10-week internship program wrapped up last week. We could not be more proud of the 14 talented interns who joined us this summer! 🌟 Over the course of the program, these future leaders immersed themselves in hands-on learning experiences across 5+ functions of our business. From intentional team-building activities to real-world projects, each intern played a crucial role in driving innovation and collaboration within our teams. Proud to celebrate International Yoga Day with various yoga sessions for our Pillar4 teammates last week, with a special session led by our summer interns, Jane Balanda and Ashley Josey. On week 4 of their internship, this group is already making a tremendous impact, 'getting after it,' and seeking every opportunity to engage with fellow colleagues through Lunch & Learns and community activations.
