Jade's expertise shines through in her ability to manage complex projects while ensuring high standards of quality and resident satisfaction. Passionate about building strong teams, Jade thrives on helping her teammates achieve their goals and find success in their careers. She is particularly dedicated to providing homes to individuals and families, ensuring they find safe and welcoming environments.   Outside of her professional life, Jade is a dedicated mother of four, balancing the demands of her career with her passion for family. In her spare time, she enjoys working on her crafts and running her boutique, where she expresses her creativity and love for unique, handcrafted items. Jade's commitment to excellence in both her work and personal life makes her a true inspiration to those around her.

We are so excited to share that the Mount Union borough, the Mount Union Chamber of Commerce, and the Center for Community Action recently toured our new property, Mount Union Senior Lofts. Monday's tour group included council Vice President Cheryl Marino, council member Steven Pacheaco, borough secretary Taylor Aurand, former council member Wayne Querry, Alisha Grove from The Center for Community Action and Chamber members Steve Bartello, Tiffany Bartello, and Crystal Morrison! The tour was presented by Pivotal's Vice President of Operations, Tricia Braniff, CPM, and Vice President of Development, Trey Barbour. This Father's Day weekend, Tamela Bangs took community engagements to the next level at the Dalworthington Gardens Farmers Market in Arlington, TX. She not only set up shop but also actively promoted Highpoint at Wynnewood and Reserve at Mayfield. Our reusable bags were a crowd favorite, and we were thrilled to see so many people eager to learn more about our new properties! We are thrilled to announce that Angie Hug has joined the Pivotal Housing Partners Family as the Executive Vice President of Property Management! Angie comes to Pivotal Housing Partners from National Church Residences where she led the affordable housing and compliance teams, consisting of over 900 team members. As the VP of Affordable Housing Management she focused on operational success, revenue growth, NOI, improving processes and regulatory compliance across the organization’s affordable housing portfolio, consisting of more than 350 communities in 24 states. Prior to joining NCR, Angie was the Sr VP of Operations with Kittle Property Group of Indianapolis. At KPG she was instrumental in developing a revenue mgmt. program, improving processes, onboarding, L & D, cross departmental processes, centralized leasing and maintenance, digital marketing, cash and public relations. Prior to KPG, Angie worked for other Midwest housing providers, working her way up in property management. This hands on experience has fueled her passion for developing team members, providing tools for others to succeed and building a team of servant leaders who work together to provide exceptional affordable housing communities. Angie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Warton Data Analyst Certification and Harvard Business School Executive Education’s Leading in the Digital Era Certification.  “I can not wait to engage with the Pivotal Family and be a part of elevating people, the places they call home and to make an impact with our affordable housing team”. - Angie Hug

The T20 Cricket World Cup is underway and our Corporate office team decided to join in on the cricket fun! Ahead of the USA vs. INDIA match on Wednesday our team set up a cricket pitch of our own. It was a lot of fun and a learning experience for many and we were thankful to have a great coach!
