Start your day off right with a warm and comforting bowl of Baked Berry Oatmeal! 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦 Baked Berry Oatmeal 3/4 cup rolled oats 1 pt. boiling water 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (plus extra to serve, optional) 1 large ripe banana, peeled 3/4 cup frozen mixed berries 1-2 tbsp. toasted flaked almonds 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 ➡️Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). ➡️In a heatproof bowl, combine the rolled oats with the boiling water, vanilla extract and almond milk. ➡️Mash the banana and spread it over the base of a medium sized baking dish. Plant Candy is the brainchild of two friends, Brandy and Alexis, who decided that they wanted to respect their inner foodie, while living a healthy lifestyle. Both friends grew up loving food and, as adults, still question whether they should have just become chefs. They created Plant Candy as a way to introduce fun ways for people to add more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to their diet – without sacrificing taste. At Plant Candy, we take a whole-foods, plant-based approach to healthy living. It’s more about celebrating the vegetable, exploring textures and flavor profiles, and eating to live, while actually enjoying it. Our recipes range from simple salads to childhood favorites, reworked with a Plant Candy twist. We don’t use oil. We keep added salt and sugar low. We avoid dairy and meat AND still make the food taste delicious! Accessible and affordable ingredients are our focus, so no need to worry about trips to specialty stores to try our recipes. Whether we are cooking in our own respective kitchens or traveling the world and sharing the best plant-based food around, you can trust that we will get you excited about eating what’s good for you. We may even be hosting classes at a city near you!

𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 2 Romaine hearts 1 cup (170g) can chickpeas 1 cup (170g) can black beans 1 cup (250g) can sweetcorn 1 small red onion, chopped 1 handful coriander, chopped 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 2 tbsp. peanut butter 2 limes, juiced 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar ½ tsp. cumin powder ½ tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. date paste 2 tbsp. fresh chopped coriander 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 🥣Place the onion, lettuce, and coriander into a large salad bowl. 🍵Drain and rinse the chickpeas, sweetcorn, and black beans under cold water. Add them tointo the large salad bowl. 🥤Make the salad dressing by pouring the lime juice, white wine vinegar, peanut butter, chili powder, cumin, date paste, and fresh cilantro into a blender or food processor.
