PolyPipe embraces our outdoor-centric culture and our ability to impact the environment around us. To promote an active and healthy lifestyle, we recently held our Third Annual PolyPipe 2024 Fishing Challenge, where more than 20 employee-led teams competed across the country in a catch-and-release fishing tournament. This event aimed to provide a fun, inclusive team-building activity that ultimately gives back to our community. We encouraged employees to fish with their families, fostering a sense of togetherness and shared outdoor enjoyment. See the picture of one of our employees with his daughter! Teams were challenged to photograph and submit their largest three Brown Trout, Rainbow Trout, Brook Trout, Smallmouth Bass, and Largemouth Bass. A multitude of prizes and awards were given to a broad array of division and fun category winners. Not only are we giving back to our staff, but every inch of trout (brown, brook, and rainbow) scored resulted in a $1 donation to eastern Tennessee’s Overmount Chapter of Trout Unlimited. Congratulations to all of our winners!
